- A) CES 4.1 TEST.

- Client approval (If required)
- Pre-joining medical
- Pre-joining briefing
- Debriefing after signing off

- A) Assessment, reviewing and discussion of staff’s latest and previous evaluation report
- B) Assess re-employment & promotion potential
- C) Conduct training needs analysis
- D) Follow up on any short comings
